This study investigates a dual-server perishable inventory system with an orbit, where customers arrive according to the Markovian Arrival Process. Due to the deteriorating nature of the inventory, an additional server is introduced to support the primary server when the inventory exceeds a particular level. The additional server can be accessed only if the primary server is busy and the inventory is above the specified level. The Matrix Analytic Method is employed to analyze the QBD process under a steady-state probability vector. Furthermore, numerical data on the effect of varying parameters on system characteristics is analyzed by considering the MAP with both positive and negative correlations.
