Computer Aided Design (CAD) is wide spread all over the world as an
effective Information Technology (IT) used in various areas of industry including
engineering, machinery, construction building, etc. Nowadays many IT products
are distributed globally due to fast Internet communications between all the
regions of the world that is also called cloud computing.
Global IT services need constant secure operation and monitoring in 24/7
mode as well as statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, forecasting of IT
resources to predict potential service outage and provide Quality of Service
(QoS) and security under heavy workload even in peak time.
This paper describes new approaches to the main stages of IT production
life cycle, architecture and CAD, software deployment, operations, security,
monitoring, analysis, and prediction.
