Transient Analysis of a Multi-line Queuing System with Impatient Customers and Its Application to the Medical Information and Measurement Systems

The work is devoted to a development of the mathematical model for investigating non-stationary performance metrics of medical information and measuring systems. The analytical model of the multi-line queuing system with impatient customers studied in a transient mode by using probability translation matrix method is proposed. A numerical analysis of the M/M/2/4 system in a transient mode for different initial conditions is carried out.
